At Pure & Mindful, we use Positive Psychology strategies, where I’ll guide you on a path of self-discovery and balance, helping you live your best life. Together, we'll focus on your nutrition, movement, sleep, personal and professional growth, environment, stress management, relationships, spirituality, and mind-body connection.
Each session starts with a friendly check-in to see how you’re doing and identify areas where you want to make progress, all while keeping our focus on the overall goal you set at the start.
This is a nurturing space where you can let go of perfectionism, embrace simplicity, and find strength in vulnerability.

*Each plan begins with a 60-minute "Foundational Session" to discuss your Well-Life vision, strengths, values, and potential obstacles.

Coaching Sessions: Choose from ten 30-minute or five 60-minute sessions for the 3-month plan, and twenty 30-minute or ten 60-minute sessions for the 6-month plan. These sessions provide a deeper dive into small steps to help you achieve your long-term health goals. You lead the sessions, and I serve as your guide and support system.
Flexible Options: Coaching sessions are available in person (location dependent), by phone, or our HIPAA-compliant virtual software platform.

Unlimited Support: Stay connected between sessions with unlimited support for simple questions and accountability check-ins, with a response time within two business days.

Additional Resources: Handouts, book recommendations, and resources to support your journey.
Personalized Action Plan: Email recap of each session, including modifications to your personalized action plan with big-picture goals, small action steps, and reminders of your potential.
